Movement /music therapy encourages physical responses and interactions in individual and group settings to enhance physical and emotional health. Music both soothes and invigorates and helps members learn to synchronize with others based on the science that body and mind are interrelated, can directly effect changes in emotions, cognition, physical functioning, and behavior.
